About Save Our Sofas
Established in February 2009, Save Our Sofas (S.O.S), is a campaign, designed to educate people on the alternative solutions to sending their sofa to landfill. S.O.S promotes the re-use of unwanted sofas, increasing the lifecycle of home furniture.
S.O.S aims to help inform people of alternatives to buying new, poor quality sofas. This website provides details of ways in which you can recycle, refurbish or re-use your sofa.
S.O.S will help you find ways of keeping your sofa up to date while reducing your carbon footprint. We actively look to work with other organisations who wish to assist people in saving their sofas, proposing environmentally friendly alternatives.
